STANDARD PROCESS
F&B Consulting customizes our financial solutions for each client using our industry leading accounting expertise, processes, and software knowledge. Your staff will be trained on how to manage the books efficiently and accurately every week so there is no expensive outside CPA or Bookkeeping needed on an ongoing basis. Your Point of Sale and other inventory software will be integrated with your accounting system for accurate costs and numbers. Our standard process is below.
PHASE 1
Initial review of point of sale, inventory, accounting, and cash handling systems
PHASE 2
Weekly process and software is customized for client to track revenue, inventory, and costs
PHASE 3
Weekly process and software rolled out and staff trained until all costs are accurate
PHASE 4
Budgets finalized, financials created from accounting system, and staff trained to manage process
